1. POSITION OVERVIEW


Om Coaching Classes is a premier educational coaching institute dedicated to providing exceptional guidance and instruction to students preparing for Class XI–XII, CBSE/State Board examinations, and competitive entrance examinations including JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, and MHT-CET. The Field Marketing Executive for Admissions plays a pivotal role in expanding our student base by undertaking direct community engagement, school outreach, and personalized marketing initiatives across Nagpur and its surrounding areas.


The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying potential students, creating awareness about Om Coaching Classes' programs, and converting interested students into actual admissions. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, persistence, creativity, and a deep understanding of the educational landscape and competitive examination requirements. The Field Marketing Executive will primarily operate in the field, visiting schools, residential areas, and community centers within and around Nagpur. While the coaching institute is located in Trimurti Nagar, the executive will spend approximately 90% of their time conducting field activities in various locations across Nagpur and nearby regions to maximize reach and brand awareness.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES


The Field Marketing Executive will undertake the following responsibilities to achieve admissions targets and build brand awareness for Om Coaching Classes:

  1. Door-to-Door Marketing & Community Outreach
  2. School Visits & Career Guidance Seminars
  3. Student Contact Information Collection
  4. Phone Calling & WhatsApp Communication
  5. Personal Visits to Nearby Students
  6. Marketing Materials Production & Display
  7. Brochure & Pamphlet Distribution


5. ADMISSIONS TARGETS & PERFORMANCE METRICS


The Field Marketing Executive is expected to achieve the following admissions targets during the employment period:

  • Proven track record in door-to-door sales, field marketing, or direct customer acquisition
  • Age Preference: 20-35 years (flexibility based on experience and aptitude)
  • Personal transportation (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) highly preferred for field mobility
  • Willingness to work extended hours and seven days per week as required


9. WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPECTATIONS

Physical Demands:

  • Extensive field-based work requiring travel to multiple locations daily
  • Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple staircases during door-to-door campaigns
  • Exposure to various weather conditions (monsoon, heat, cold)
  • Carrying promotional materials, brochures, and equipment

Mental & Emotional Demands:

  • Handling rejection and negative responses with professionalism and resilience
  • Managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Maintaining high energy and enthusiasm throughout extended working hours

Work Schedule:

  • 8 hours per day (with flexibility for morning, afternoon, and evening field work)
  • 7 days per week (Sunday may be designated as rest day or used for week-end follow-ups as per management decision)
  • Flexibility to work during peak inquiry periods (morning before school, post-school hours 3-7 PM, weekends)
  • On-call availability for urgent marketing activities or promotional events
