REPORTING & ACCOUNTABILITY Direct Reporting To: Admissions Head / Marketing Manager Frequency of Reporting: Daily: Brief report on field activities, schools visited, contacts made Weekly: Detailed summary of admissions progress, leads generated, follow-up status Monthly: Comprehensive performance report with admissions achieved, target status, and analysis Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of admissions achieved against targets by class Quality of leads generated (conversion rate) Average response time to inquiries Number of schools visited and seminars conducted Marketing materials distributed Database growth and lead quality metrics Student satisfaction and retention from referred admissions 12. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Employment Type: Contract-based (January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027) Notice Period: 15 days notice required by either party for contract termination Probation Period: First 30 days (performance evaluation and training period) At-Will Employment: This employment is at-will and can be terminated by either party based on performance, conduct, or organizational requirements Code of Conduct: Professional behavior and ethical conduct at all times Adherence to Om Coaching Classes' policies and guidelines Confidentiality of student information and organizational data No unauthorized use of materials or institute information for personal gain Regular attendance and punctuality in field activities Positive representation of Om Coaching Classes in community interactions Conflict of Interest: Must not engage in competing coaching institute activities during employment Must declare any potential conflicts of interest Cannot use Om Coaching Classes resources for personal business activities 13.
