Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Team Leader to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the food and beverage team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and expenses to optimize resources.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role as an F&B Team Leader.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
