Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an F&B Services GSA at The Lotus County Club & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and presentation.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage services, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is desirable.
