Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Service Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at IHCL Ekante Bliss, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in food and beverage services.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supervising and managing teams in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
