Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team as F&B Service Associates in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, focusing on achieving sales targets and improving customer experience.
