Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Associate to join our team at BEELWA PALACE. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an F&B Service Associate or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
