Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Service Associate to join our team at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.



Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage services, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
