Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Associate to join our team at The Chancery Hotel. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
