Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead our food and beverage operations at Gululam Grand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality food service establishments.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor quality control measures to uphold high standards of culinary excellence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
