Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Executive to join our team at ITC Mughal, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and presentation.
Maintain inventory of food supplies and order ingredients as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve excellent customer service standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate kitchen staff.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality food presentation.
