Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Executive to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source fresh ingredients and materials.
Maintain inventory levels and control waste to minimize costs.
Develop menus and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.
