F&B Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent food and beverage service to guests in line with brand standards.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
• Have thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to guide guests effectively.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and equipment at all times.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Follow all SOPs related to service, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
• Assist in upselling menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and shift schedules.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B service preferred
• Good communication skills (English and local language).
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Well-groomed and presentable personality.
• Team player with willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,433.94 per month
