Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Executive to join our team at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
