Job Description

As a Cafeteria Operations Executive, your role involves overseeing the complete end-to-end cafeteria operations. You will be responsible for supporting the Reporting Manager by providing daily updates and reporting any issues on site. Your main responsibilities include ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating with vendor staff and on-site employees to ensure smooth operations, and enforcing agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines. It is crucial to follow Critical Environment processes and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies related to cafeteria operations. Additionally, you will be required to support internal and external audits by providing relevant documents at periodic intervals. Key responsibilities include: - Carrying out all Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with Clients and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) - Periodically inspecting logbooks, checklists, and Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules for effective cafeteria operations management - Working towards achieving zero downtime and establishing practices to ensure seamless service delivery to Clients - Inspecting raw material and vegetable quality - Cross-checking deployed manpower as per shift plan - Inspecting raw materials store inward, outward, and sorting processes - Inspecting vegetables inward, outward, and sorting processes - Cross-checking food production planning - Inspecting food quantity and quality - Inspecting transportation to other locations - Inspecting kitchen cleaning and hygiene as per schedule and SOP - Inspecting staff grooming as per SOP - Inspecting dining hall cleaning and hygiene as per schedule and SOP - Inspecting hand wash area cleaning and hygiene as per schedule and SOP - Inspecting tea counter/vending machine cleaning and hygiene as per schedule and SOP - Inspecting kitchen equipment working condition and service status - Following up with AMC vendors - Monitoring pest control activities as per schedule - Monitoring food coupons and validating signature registers - Monitoring visitors and coordinating food arrangements for training - Inspecting cleaning and hygiene of crockery, cutlery, service equipment, and kitchen utensils - Monitoring food wastage, segregation, and disposal - Monitoring canteen staff shift handover and takeover Please note that this job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
