As an operator responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of STP/ETP/UF/RO equipment, your key duties will include operating various equipment such as pumps, blowers, aeration tanks, clarifiers, and filters. You will be required to monitor inlet and outlet parameters including BOD, COD, pH, TSS, TDS, and flow rate. Additionally, you will ensure the proper dosing of chemicals such as coagulants, flocculants, and pH adjusters while maintaining detailed logbooks for flow, parameters, chemical consumption, and equipment running hours. Production Planning and Scheduling You will receive production plans, interact with cross-functional departments, and monitor daily activities to maximize efficiency. Maintaining adequate Work-In-Progress (WIP) levels and implementing process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness are key responsibilities.
