Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of STP/ETP/UF/RO equipment, including pumps, blowers, aeration tanks, clarifiers, and filters. Monitoring of inlet and outlet parameters such as BOD, COD, pH, TSS, TDS, and flow rate will be essential. Additionally, you will ensure proper dosing of chemicals like coagulants, flocculants, and pH adjusters, and maintain detailed logbooks for flow, parameters, chemical consumption, and equipment running hours. Key Responsibilities: - Operate STP/ETP/UF/RO equipment and monitor their performance - Ensure proper dosing of chemicals and maintain logbooks for necessary records - Perform routine maintenance tasks and identify equipment malfunctions for timely reporting and resolution - Ensure regulatory compliance by meeting local pollution control board norms and coordinating sampling and analysis for reporting - Maintain plant hygiene by keeping the ETP area clean and handling waste properly - Report abnormal conditions promptly, maintain shift handover records, and communicate chemical inventory status for continuous supply Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience with ETP operations for at least 1 year - Familiarity with monitoring parameters and maintaining equipment - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures for compliance Please note that the job type is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. The work location is in person.
