Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication of stainless steel (SS 304/316L) equipment and components used in food processing (conveyors, tanks, mixers, CIP systems, frames, etc.). Ensure welds meet ASME B31.3, AWS D18.1 (hygienic welding) and FDA/USDA compliance for food safety. Conduct fit‑up, tack, and final welding using ARCH, proficiency in orbital and robotic welding is a plus. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 Certified Welder (AWS, ASME, or equivalent). 3‑7 years in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical fabrication/maintenance. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Diploma/ITI in Welding Technology Good physical stamina and ability to work in plant environment.
Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical equipment, machinery, and fittings. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment. Ensure alignment, fitting, and calibration of parts (pipes, valves, pumps, conveyors, etc.). Maintain accurate logs and documentation of work performed. Follow safety standards and PPE guidelines. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ITI in Fitter trade . 1–5+ years of hands-on experience (depending on level). Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting, welding, and hand tools. Ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and in varying conditions. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:- Fitting, welding, and assembly of mechanical components. Reading technical drawings and schematics. Basic hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge (advantage). Safety compliance (ISO, OSHA).
