Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Food & Beverages

  1. Customer Interaction:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide information about food and beverage products, including ingredients, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, making recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating according to their preferences and reservation status.
