Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Associate Steward (Guest Service Associate) in Kolhapur. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage services, including ordering and inventory management.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
