Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Associate to join our team in Pali. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Prepare and cook various dishes and beverages according to recipes and menus.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including refrigeration and storage spaces.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred.
