Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables, service areas, and equipment
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Process bills and handle payments accurately (where applicable)
  • Assist in mise-en-place, buffet setup, and closing procedures
  • Comply with hotel policies and POSH, safety, and SOP guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
