Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Associate to join our team at Taj City Centre. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or culinary arts preferred.
