Founded in the year 2017, Amama specializes in making handcrafted jewellery and is curating the best jewellery from every part of the world, trying to invoke every feeling that comes when you see or hear about jewellery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Production Planning & Control:

• Plan and execute daily to monthly production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and inventory; track progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure inter-departmental coordination.

• Manufacturing Operations:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing of imitation jewellery (brass) and designer bags, ensuring adherence to approved designs, SOPs, and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Raw Material & WIP Management (Core):

• Control raw material and WIP inventory, ensure accurate tracking, optimum stock levels, minimal wastage, timely reconciliation, and full material traceability including job-work movement.

• Quality Control & Compliance:

• Implement stage-wise quality controls, reduce rejection and rework, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, labour, and statutory requirements.

• Job-Work & Vendor Management:

• Manage job workers and vendors for timely delivery, cost control, quality adherence, and performance improvement.

• Cost Control, MIS & Finance Coordination:

• Monitor production costs, prepare regular MIS on production, inventory, WIP, costing, and efficiency, and coordinate with Finance for costing, audits, and reconciliations.

• Team Leadership & Manpower Management:

• Lead and develop production teams, plan manpower and shifts, enforce discipline and safety, conduct training, and address workforce issues with HR.

• ERP & System-Driven Operations:

• Ensure accurate and disciplined use of ERP for production planning, BOM, inventory, WIP, job-work, and batch-wise traceability.
