Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food and Beverage Service, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the food and beverage service department.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality food products.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Food and Beverage Service or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
