Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F & B Service Apprentice in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
