Role & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all cafs in the assigned area.
  
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, food safety, and service quality guidelines.
  
• Conduct routine caf audits and highlight corrective actions

• Drive sales performance and monitor daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports.
  
• Implement local marketing initiatives to enhance footfall and customer engagement.
  
• Analyse business trends and recommend improvement strategies.

• Manage a team of Caf Managers and staff across outlets.
  
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  
• Ensure optimum staffing levels and support recruitment of caf personnel.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all cafs.
  
• Resolve customer concerns escalated beyond caf level.
  
• Promote a customer-first culture among all team members.

• Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and consumption patterns.
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and cost-control measures.
  
• Reduce operational losses through efficient planning and execution.

• Ensure that all cafs comply with statutory regulations and company policies.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, store ambience, and visual merchandising standards.

• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
