The Area Manager (AM) role is responsible for managing multiple care centers (clinics and store operations) in a defined geographical territory of Vetic and is accountable for the achievement of Business and Process KPIs. This role will involve staff management, training & rostering, inventory management, regular clinic-level audits, repair & maintenance, ensuring SOP adherence, providing improvement feedback to central teams such as operations, sales etc. The incumbent will also be responsible for all care center NPS management.
