Spearheading the overall operations of the Store in the region.Inventory tracking as per sales contribution, MBQ, New Retail space recommendations of potential business Area.Managing activities related to visual merchandising and customer service.Managing the merchandise along with material replenishment,Be the custodian of the SOPsBudgeting the expenses (cost rationalization)Preparing the excess stock liquidation plan along with goods returns control.Tracking the top selling articles & handling discrepancies at store level.Accountable for inventory management, people management and monitoring the business growth.Taking initiatives for increasing the other incomes of the store.Handling the shrinkage and pilferage control activities.
