Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front-of-house and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of food and beverage supplies, and control waste and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
