Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Ambassador Hotel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory control.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the food and beverage department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
