Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, quality control measures, and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management tools.
