F & B Manager

Your Role: As a food and beverage service manager at AM Hotel Kollection, you will be responsible for managing F & B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all F & B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards - Preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service - Designing exceptional menus, purchasing goods, and continuously making necessary improvements - Identifying customers" needs and responding proactively to all of their concerns - Leading the F & B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel - Establishing targets, KPI's, schedules, policies, and procedures - Providing two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork - Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations - Reporting to management regarding sales results and productivity As an executive of AM Hotel Kollection, you will work closely with the head office and may be required to share your expertise with other partner hotels. Multi-tasking and ensuring exceptional food presentation and taste are key aspects of your role, with a focus on receiving positive guest/customer feedback continuously. All executives work towards internal set goals, contributing to the growth and success of AM Hotel Kollection. Skills & Requirements: - Hotel Management and/or relevant education preferred - Pleasing personality and good communication skills - Computer dexterity: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) - Prior relevant hospitality experience in a similar position Please note that you must be open to joining at any of the 11 locations of AM Hotel Kollection, with the potential for further expansion.,
