About the Company



Client is a Development Centre, established by a renowned university under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, to better manage the consulting, contract research and capacity building in the fields of planning, design, management and technology to promote the development of productive, equitable, safe, sustainable and livable human habitats. The research centers under the org's umbrella are focused on specific areas of study and research and are driven by a group of experienced professionals and experts.



About the Role



Role and Responsibilities



  • Outreach and Branding activities:
  • Manage the Org's Website with timely updates
  • Writing and editing news pieces
  • Support centers for addition and updating on their page
  • Maintaining design language on organization’s website and ensuring quality.
  • Uploading in Podcast libraries
  • Administer various social media platforms
  • Posts on all platforms
  • Daily track of the posts from center’s at the social media platforms
  • Strategize on audiences for different centers and building promotional campaigns.
  • Helping centers curate content for their target groups.
  • Analytics for Website and Social Media platforms (Social media audit reports)
  • Improving SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of company’s website.
  • Design & administer communication strategies for various centers
  • Active support to Centers for all kind of Communication & outreach work
  • Generate monthly Newsletter (Write, edit, and design)
  • Administer the collateral designs to ensure quality standards
  • Ensuring that the PR activities tie-in with organization’s branding
  • Content Development for Centers’ platforms and bring Creativity to the outreach activities for Centers
  • Working with partners’ communications team on joint campaigns
  • Responsible for the organized repository of the outreach content and images.



Qualifications



  • The candidate must be able to work with graphics and audio-visual content.
  • The candidate must be excellent at MS- Office applications.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati language.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity, confidentiality and teamwork.
  • Strong time management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to adapt any process changes and comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.



Spending Authority



Authorized to spend as required in case of any Medical Emergency at Office.
