Oversee end-to-end export processes, including documentation, shipping, and logistics.
Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Manage and monitor international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
International Business Development:
Identify and develop new export markets for laboratory glassware products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and clients.
Attend international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote the brand and identify new opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Provide technical information and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to export regulations, including customs documentation and international trade standards.
Stay updated on global trade policies, tariffs, and export documentation requirements.
Sales & Reporting:
Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze trends to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage payments, credit terms, and export incentives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in export operations or international sales, preferably in laboratory glassware or a related industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of export documentation and logistics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade regulations.
Willingness to travel internationally for business development and client meetings.
