Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Executive, located in Rajkot. The Export Executive will be responsible for managing export. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with international clients and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Export Sales Executive to drive international sales growth, manage client relationships, and expand the company’s global market presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of international trade, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven sales track record in export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international markets to drive export sales growth.

• Generate new business through market research, prospecting, cold calling, and attending trade fairs.

• Manage existing international clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, timely communication, and follow-up.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international buyers.

• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely delivery of products and documentation.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.

• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in target regions.
