The role also involves managing customer accounts, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and understand customer needs Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in customer service or a sales-related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
