Job Purpose:
As facilitator, the primary purpose of this role is to enable Certified module deployment globally. The delivery of high-quality Certified maintains the quality of the certified module experience and upholds the integrity of the CIF Portfolio. The second dimension of the role is to work in consultation with the business on the development of the CIF Portfolio, needs assessment, module development and advise on solutions to grow functional capability. With these two role dimensions, this role plays an important and strategic part in the continued evolving of the DGF Culture, and organization capability
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery/Facilitation
:
- Facilitate Certified modules to the highest standards. This would include all existing modules, with an expectation to be the lead in any new modules launched
- Run training programs to all in the organization. Providing follow up support to those who require additional assistance
- Continuously develop the skills as a facilitator ensuring all of the latest skills and technologies are being utilized, this includes both face to face classroom modules and online modules to the highest standards.
- Facilitate training outside of a script / training handbook and use own experience to successfully address topics or questions
- Manage incoming requests for Learning activities and set priorities for deliverables in conjunction with the team and business
- Willingness to facilitate programs in different shifts
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Creation and publication the monthly Training Calendar
- Contribute to the delivery of training programs, evaluate the effectiveness of training against the program objectives, and recommend appropriate changes
- Ensure all the training room and materials are ready for the facilitator
- Inventory management of the training materials
Reporting Obligations:
- Prepare various training completion reports as per the agreed frequency
- Work closely with the Global team to gain insight into relevant data streaming from employee surveys, pulse polls and other feedback channels – incorporate ideas and suggestions into current and future thinking and execution
- Maintain training and trainees records
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3- 5 years training experience, with a strong background in training and development
- Exceptional facilitation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, learning methodologies and small group dynamics
- Strong sense of urgency and action focused
- Strong relationship management with HR, Regional Certified lead, and Business teams
- Consulting functional heads, managers, and stakeholders on development need and design processes
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Experience with large, complex training implementations is desired
- MIS skills
