Role Overview

Experience Center Manager



Key Responsibilities

🌟 Client Engagement & Sales

  • Be the

    face of Designest

    for HNI clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Understand client needs and present bespoke furniture solutions.
  • Manage

    end-to-end sales, order processing

    from enquiry to handover.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and sales teams for order tracking.
  • Handle client queries, updates, documentation, and payment follow-ups.


🏛 Experience Center Management

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Experience Center.
  • Oversee product displays, client walkthroughs, and presentations.
  • Maintain the brand’s high standards of ambiance, service, and hospitality.


👥 Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the sales & design team at the Experience Center.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of daily responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and ensure adherence to SOPs.


📊 Strategy & Reporting

  • Report directly to

    Founders/Management

    on sales, client insights, and performance.
  • Share market trends, design preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain MIS reports, sales tracking, and client databases.


💼 Client Coordination

  • Support in documentation and coordination for architects, interior designers, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate pricing proposals, quotations, and client communications.
  • Act as a liaison between sales executives, clients, and production teams.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Design Management, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience

    in sales, luxury retail, or client experience roles.
  • Strong background working with

    HNI clients, architects, and designers

    .
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing client-facing teams.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior team management experience is a must.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities.
