Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners, and helping convert leads into long-term clients. This role will require both strategic outreach and on-ground execution to expand Designest's footprint in residential and commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Identify and engage potential B2B and B2C clients including architects, interior designers, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Execute sales plans aligned with company growth objectives. Convert inquiries into business through follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.

Reporting & CRM Management:

Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status and client communications. Share weekly reports with key insights and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in interiors, architecture, real estate, or furniture solutions.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of modular furniture and interiors market is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and presentation platforms.
