Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Expat Chef with expertise in Thai and Japanese cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and staff members to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef in a reputable establishment, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai and Japanese cuisine, including ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, such as point-of-sale systems.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
