JDBusiness Development Executive (Domestic staffing)Hic Global Solutions is looking for a highly motivated, people-oriented, and ambitious.BDE/BDM to join our team. -Important_ The position of Business Development Executive in the field of Domestic IT Recruitment Services. PositionBDE/BDM- Domestic RecruitmentKey Responsibilities :- Responsible for driving business growth and meetings.- Ownership of full-recruitment cycle and delivery.- Conduct regular formal reviews with Clients to ensure that Clients are satisfied with the service delivered.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Domestic IT recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Requirement :- 2 to 6 years of experience in domestic IT Staffing Services and leading large Client support engagements- Superior project- and time-management abilities- Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills- Should be from IT Domestic Staffing Industry Only- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Work modeWork from officeWork locationPegasus one, A-10, Noida sec 68Working daysMon-FriShift11am to 8pm
