PositionBDE/BDM- Domestic RecruitmentKey Responsibilities :- Responsible for driving business growth and meetings.- Ownership of full-recruitment cycle and delivery.- Conduct regular formal reviews with Clients to ensure that Clients are satisfied with the service delivered.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Domestic IT recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Requirement :- 2 to 6 years of experience in domestic IT Staffing Services and leading large Client support engagements- Superior project- and time-management abilities- Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills- Should be from IT Domestic Staffing Industry Only- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
