Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join WonderBiz as a Hiring Executive. WonderBiz assists Heads of Engineering in developing software products to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. With over 9 years in the business, 30+ international customers, and a highly growth-driven work culture, you will be part of an innovative team led by experienced Software Engineers. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in proposing, reviewing, and delivering quality candidates for Product development projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end recruitment in IT, including gathering requirements from Managers and CEOs. - Specialize in lateral or leadership hiring for IT profiles like Java, .Net, Angular, React, Python, etc. - Prepare and design Job Descriptions/Specifications, and post JDs with exact requirements. - Utilize various sources such as databases, social networks, and job posting sites to search and screen CVs. - Shortlist, screen, and conduct interviews to find the right match for open positions. - Meet daily calling or sourcing targets, post job openings on different portals, and take feedback from the interview panel. - Maintain the candidate database, promote the company's reputation as the best place to work, and handle email inquiries efficiently. - Proficiency in working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, PDF, etc. Qualifications Required: - UG: MBA, MCA, BSC IT, BSC CS, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization - Strong technical knowledge and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. - In-depth understanding of IT technologies and architectures working in 2020. Additional Details: You will enjoy a dynamic work environment at WonderBiz with morning stand-ups to discuss achievements, dependencies & risks, hands-on feature delivery, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Collaboration with developers to discuss projects, hobbies, and new technologies is encouraged within the team. Note: You are NOT A FIT for this role if you cannot understand the IT Industry and Technology, require formal training for learning new things, or associate CMM Level X with the quality of work or genius.
