As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the aviation, real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors. This includes creating comprehensive job descriptions tailored to specific business requirements, sourcing potential candidates through different channels, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates" relevant skills and experiences. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates. Your role will also involve utilizing recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes, driving improvements in talent acquisition practices. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies continually. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple priorities are key traits for success in this role.
