Social Media Executive

What You Will Do

• Develop and run a clear social media strategy that builds awareness, engagement and community across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more.
• Manage the daily operations of all social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain a strong content calendar using advanced Gen AI tools for timely and coordinated publishing.
• Work with our in-house design team to create engaging and visually appealing multimedia content.
• Launch and manage social media campaigns, contests and brand activations that drive visibility and growth.
• Create engaging, SEO-friendly blog content.
• Develop website listings and page content for our in-house brands when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators and partners.
• Study audience behaviour and insights to improve content and engagement strategies.
• Manage community interactions, respond to feedback and maintain an active brand presence.
• Track, measure and report performance using tools such as Meta Insights and provide action-oriented recommendations.
• Stay updated with social media trends, new tools and platform changes.
• Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and guide improvements.
• Set measurable goals and drive growth across all social channels.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio that shows growth, campaigns or your own online presence.
• Deep understanding of platforms, trends, formats and metrics.
• Good analytical skills and hands-on experience with social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong eye for design.
• A creative mindset with fresh ideas that connect with youth-driven digital audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
