What will you work on?

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the social media content calendar for all pages under Servd
  • Schedule and post content as per the calendar to ensure consistency and timeliness.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and share regular reports with the team.
  • Support in using data insights to refine posting approaches and improve engagement and reach.
  • Execute content strategies planned by the senior team to promote our main content series.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
  • Maintain page hygiene by updating stories, responding to DMs and comments, updating bios, and managing story highlights.
  • Engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner to build a strong online community.
  • Assist in developing and posting interactive story content to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Help manage broadcast channels by scheduling posts and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Support in creating content for LinkedIn to showcase our professional presence and thought leadership.
  • Identify and share potential collaboration opportunities with creators and influencers to expand our reach.

Who Are We Looking For

  • 0.5-1 year of prior experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience managing content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
