What youll do

• Manage
  Plumsocial media handles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) with a consistent and engaging brand voice.
• Plan
  and execute daily content calendars ensuring relevance, timeliness, and creative excellence.
• Work
  with brand, influencer, and design teams to craft engaging stories, reels, and campaigns.
• Track
  trends, viral moments, and emerging formats to keep Plumcontent culture-first and ahead of the curve.
• Engage
  with followers and community members responding authentically and building meaningful brand conversations.
• Collaborate
  with performance & e-commerce teams to integrate content strategy with business objectives.
• Monitor
  analytics, create monthly performance reports, and share insights for improving reach, engagement, and conversions.
