Job Description

Purpose Why does it Exist This role involves managing the relationship with the platform, driving marketing initiatives, analyzing data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Performance Indicators Sales - GMV, NC Market Share Optimization Strategic value seen in us by the channel partner Account Relationships Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the respective channel, building and maintaining strong relationships. Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability. Plan and optimize budget allocation Collaborate with the platform to optimize product listings, promotions, and overall performance Responsible for generating maximum revenue from accounts handled Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management Monitor product availability, resolve any operational issues, and ensure a positive customer experience Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and initiatives with larger teams Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, revenue, and customer feedback Ensuring brand positioning across the accounts Experience & Qualifications Graduate with 3-4 years of experience as key account manager in a D2C start up Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with eCommerce analytics tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
