Assistant Key Account Manager - Ecommerce

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the respective channel, building and maintaining strong relationships. Plan and optimize budget allocation, collaborate with the platform to optimize product listings, promotions, and overall performance. Additionally, you are responsible for generating maximum revenue from accounts handled, analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve performance. Collaboration with internal teams such as supply chain and marketing is crucial to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management. You will monitor product availability, resolve any operational issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives with larger teams are also part of your responsibilities. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, revenue, and customer feedback is vital. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate with 3-4 years of experience as a key account manager in a D2C startup. Being able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is essential. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales statistics and data accurately are required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with eCommerce analytics tools are expected. You should also demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,
