We're looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our retail and general trade footprint in Guwahati and the North East region. Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory (Guwahati + North East). Appoint, manage & grow distributors and sub-stockists Ensure numeric & weighted distribution growth across general trade Own outlet-level execution: visibility, planograms, schemes, etc Monitor and achieve monthly targets in volume, value, and visibility KPIs. Train, lead, and energize a team of Sales Officers Analyze competitor activities and field intelligence to course-correct market strategies Regular beat planning and market visits to ensure ground-level execution. Who We're Looking For: 5-8 years of sales experience in FMCG/D2C brands Strong experience in North East market handling is a plus. Proven expertise in distributor/channel management and retail execution. Go-getter attitude with strong communication and team management skills.
